The restaurant team took special care with our food requirements, and Executive Chef Karthik showed good culinary skill. Ranjan at reception deserves a special mention too. Manoj Sir and Ajesh Sir, along with serving staff Shivaranjini, Meena, Rohan, and Milan, all looked after our needs. Everyone was polite and helpful, and the hotel was very neat. We loved our stay and would come back.
I had booked and paid for a full day, but my two daughters weren’t allowed to accompany my elderly father. The hotel reportedly allows only one accompanying person. I explained that we’d use the room for just three hours and that my daughters needed to help care for him. The way reception handled it made an already disappointing situation worse. Staff need better customer service training and a more empathetic approach, especially when elderly family members are involved.
From reception to housekeeping and the restaurant, everyone made us feel welcome. The staff were friendly and professional, quick to respond, attentive to details, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm service made our stay memorable. Highly appreciated, and strongly recommended.
The terrace experience was superb, and the service was awesome. It’s a wonderful property for any occasion. The front desk got us checked in quickly, and the stay was excellent. Thanks for all your cooperation.
We spent two nights and three days here. The rooms were quite good, but hygiene and maintenance spoiled the stay. The Milton flask used for our coffee and milk smelled very bad and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was also an unpleasant, strong smell of drainage cleaning from outside the building. I wouldn’t recommend staying here because of these problems.
