The room I got was smaller and worse than the photos on OYO, and the price for one night felt far too high for it. At first the place seemed a bit shady, though the staff turned out polite and cooperative. Since I was only there one night, it didn't bother me too much.

The staff hospitality was okay, and Marina beach is only 1 Km away, though the motel sits on a crowded street. The map location is a bit off, and the phone number on the OYO app is wrong too. Rooms are small, maybe too small, and the bathroom has an Indian closet. Still, two people can stay for just Rs 500 a night, which is very cheap for how accessible the place is.

The rooms and toilets were unhygienic and smelled bad, and the faculty were rude. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. I'd rather sleep on a footpath than stay here. I wish I could give it zero stars.

The rooms are rather small for a double bed room, and the bathrooms weren't clean. Still, it's cheap compared with Greams road, so it may suit a reasonable person or family. Neither good nor bad.

The location is very congested and the rooms are untidy with little space. Don't book through OYO, this mansion doesn't accept OYO reservations and asks for extra money. Worst mansion.
