Fabexpress Picnic Plaza

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at picnic hotel. The staff were always ready to help with whatever we needed, especially aiyappan, muruganandam, and janson. Manager sivasakthi sir was smiling, responsive, and respectful. Thank you so much, and it's a place to visit for a peaceful time.

The rooms were quite good, and there's decent parking. In-room, they provide water bottles and soap. It's a decent spot to relax and party with friends, preferably just the boys. What disappointed me was the price. I was quoted 2900/- over the phone, but we ended up paying 1k extra. This is a major issue at all these hotels, where guests are asked for extra money just as they're about to check in.

The location worked well for me, right on the main road with several notable places nearby. The manager was helpful and cooperative, and the staff were pleasant and easy to reach. But the building is very old, and walking in made me wonder where I’d ended up. The rooms are okay to stay in, though the old AC takes a long time to cool the whole room. There was a dusty smell when I entered, and cleanliness and mosquitoes were major problems. The towels and sheets were old and stained.

I hadn’t heard of the FavExpress hotel group before this stay. The room was missing a few amenities, but I still had a fabulous experience. The manager was especially polite, gentle, down-to-earth, and welcoming.
