Kam chalau hotel. It seems suitable only for couples wanting an hourly stay, and not at all useful for regular guests or families. The overall atmosphere and facilities left me very disappointed.

My room was filthy and the service was terrible. The door wouldn’t open, the TV was off, and neither the AC nor the hot water geyser worked. A really bad stay, and I’m never coming back. I was in room 202.

Breakfast had good choices, with fresh fruit, whole wheat bread, and sliced almonds and cranberries for the cereal. The rooms and beds were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and cooperative. Prices have gone up since before, but it felt worth paying. The gated car entrance also made me feel safe at night. I’d choose this hotel again on my next visit.

Awful stay at this hotel in Paharganj, New Delhi. The receptionist behaved badly and was stubborn. Be warned about booking online, because you may be asked to pay extra. There are plenty of better hotels in the area for less. 😢

A really bad stay. There’s no light barrier and the facilities aren’t good. This isn’t a family hotel. When the power goes out, it can take an hour to come back. Very bad experience.
