The room was filthy, with mosquitoes everywhere, and the washroom was even worse. The floor and walls were dirty, and the mattress smelled bad. It doesn't deserve even one star, and I won't stay there again. I wish I could get a refund. My kid was bitten all over her face by mosquitoes, and I had to pay for her treatment.

The smell in my room was so unpleasant it made me feel like vomiting. I lasted less than 30 minutes before leaving. Cleanliness and hygiene were extremely poor, and it definitely wasn't worth staying there. I had a very bad experience at this hotel in Chennai.

I was told this was a 3 star hotel when I enquired and booked through management, but the amenities were poor. The TV remote barely worked, and the A/C in my room didn't cool at all. The air stayed warm and irritated me all night. On top of that, I was told my room card was locked and still hadn't been unlocked, so I had to wait for the manager to come the next day. If I shut the room door, I'd be locked out because my card wouldn't work, and the service staff had to come unlock it every time.

The staff were polite, but the room condition was the problem. This hotel is very old and poorly maintained. They put me in a room full of cigarette smoke, and there were tiny hairs on the bedsheets. It looked like they'd only mopped the floor and reused the same sheets. I've stayed at other fabhotel properties, and this one doesn't feel like it belongs to the brand.
