For both days I was there, we had no water to drink or use in the bathroom. I had to go to the metro station to use the washroom. After I begged for water, they blamed a motor problem. When we asked for a refund, they spoke rudely, and they wouldn't provide water for the washroom if you're an outsider. It's a trap, a scam, and they make guests suffer without basic amenities. Please don't stay here, especially with family. I booked through OYO and had to pay an extra 300 rs because there was no other option. In the room, the sheets hadn't been changed and had blood stains, there was a cockroach in the pillow cover, and the phone didn't work. The premises were very dark and looked like a smuggling area. The bathroom was the worst, completely open, and there was no water.

The bedsheets and clothes were dirty and used, nothing fresh was provided, so I spent the whole night sitting in a chair. The rooms were unclean and the bathroom was in terrible condition. The front desk staff were intimidating and hard to approach. I don't think Agoda and OYO care about guests' safety or well-being by operating this property. I booked through Agoda for an overnight stay of under 12 hours near the US Consulate in Chennai on 19th August 2024. At 01:00AM, the desk demanded extra payment without a bill and refused me a room unless I paid. They said they only knew OYO and called Agoda fraudulent. Agoda support didn't help when I called, and the hotel still hadn't given me a bill the next day, even after a serious argument. The issue is unresolved. Please don't book here, or book through AGODA, since they don't help even when you complain. I submitted a detailed review, but they still haven't posted it in their app.

I booked for three days, but the place was so dirty and the service so bad that I checked out the next day. They gave me no bill or refund. I contacted support, which seems to know about this and still entertain these fraudsters. Local shopkeepers told me it was a shady place. I was a patient at Shankar Nethralaya eye hospital and booked this room in an emergency without checking it first. I'm trying to dispute this with Oyo and through other means. The sheets, buckets, and bathrooms were filthy, and the AC was broken. They said they don't accept Oyo money and charged extra, which felt fraudulent. Oyo charged 3067 through the app, but they asked me to pay 3831 by UPI. It's a scam, and I made a mistake choosing it. Even places in slums are more hygienic.

My parents felt unsafe and miserable in the small room they were given for the first night. It was under maintenance and had no real amenities, not even a lock and key. Three adults had to share a double bed. On the second night they got another room with a double bed and a place to sleep on the floor. I had booked and paid in advance for a large triple room with two double beds, for two nights, but they didn't refund anything or even apologize. The staff were horrible. I had told the hotel my parents would arrive around midnight and leave late in the afternoon, but when they arrived they were told there were no rooms for them. Only after an argument did the hotel give them that maintenance room. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but nobody told them about it during the stay. There is no elevator either, so my elderly parents had to walk all the way up to the fourth floor.
