The location at Hotel Hanuman Ghat Dorm was convenient and peaceful, and the friendly staff made the stay even better. They were polite, helpful, and quick with service, making sure we were comfortable. The clean property is a good budget choice for groups or solo travellers. Rooms and dorms were hygienic and well maintained, with what you need for a pleasant stay.

This left my family and me stressed and uncomfortable late at night, and I can't recommend the hotel to anyone expecting basic professionalism. We had booked and paid in advance, yet at 10:30 PM the staff said no room was available. I'd called the owner several times during the day and clearly given our arrival time, but nothing had been arranged. We were left outside with our luggage from 10:30 PM until nearly midnight, trying to find somewhere to stay. They then offered to move us to a different property, which wasn't what we'd booked. It was extremely unprofessional and irresponsible.

The food was fresh and flavourful, and came out quickly. This pure vegetarian café-cum-restaurant had polite staff who even arranged delivery all the way to our hotel. I loved it, and highly recommend it to anyone after tasty, wholesome vegetarian food.

I wouldn't recommend this place. Even with a confirmed online booking, there was no room available when we arrived. They put us in a smaller, unclean room instead, not the one I'd paid for, and gave only a partial refund. Very bad experience.

The room and food were within budget, and the food was very tasty. The staff responded well, and everything was good. The location is excellent, too. Special thanks to Mr Ashish John. Highly recommend for a stay.
