I waited half an hour for two biryanis and a veg biryani to take away. I had to ask three times before they finally prepared the parcel. When I asked the owner or billing person why it was taking so long, he was rude, and I ended up responding in the same way because I felt I had no choice. The poor treatment made this the worst experience. I won't return to this disrespectful place. If there were a rating below one star, I’d give it that.
The chicken was cooked well, but the rice was a little dry, and the spices were only okay. The Chicken Biryani tasted average and didn’t have that authentic wow factor. It’ll do if you’re nearby, though I wouldn’t make a special trip for it. 3/5 stars.
The ground-floor restaurant serves great food, with several BBQ options. Their grill and BBQs are worth trying. The hotel works well for a short visit, though traffic is heavy and walking around, especially in the evening, is difficult because of the ongoing Metro work. Once that work is finished, this should be a great location.
It took them an hour and a half to prepare the butter chicken and naan. When I called, they said the food had been handed to the delivery person, but 10 minutes later I called again and was told it was still being prepared. The food was not ready on time.
The BBQ special was good, while the wheat rotti and egg curry were just okay. I went for dinner with a friend a couple of days ago, and the salad was the letdown. It was mostly onions and didn’t taste good at all, more like something added as filling for their menu shake. Please avoid the salads.
