Fabhotel Vista Park

The washroom was in poor shape: the health faucet was broken and water kept running until I shut the valve myself. My room was also extremely small for something sold as a deluxe room. The property seems to be a 3BHK apartment split into four rooms on each floor with sliding doors, rather than a proper hotel. A very disappointing stay 😡, and I’m unhappy with these conditions. I’d like to hear how you respond.

The staff were cooperative and the overall service was good, but the facilities made the stay disappointing for the price of Rs.10,707/-. I stayed from October 1, 2025, to October 7, 2025. The lift worked on the first day, then stopped because of a power issue in the area, and was an inconvenience for the rest of the stay. There were also repeated power fluctuations and outages in the room, which affected comfort and using electrical appliances. After this, I’ll think twice before booking again. Please look into these problems and improve the facilities for future guests.

Don’t trust the customer service agent’s promises about early check-in. FAB hotels sent me a WhatsApp payment link and confirmed that early check-in was allowed at any FAB hotels. I paid and completed the booking, but when I arrived, the reception staff wouldn’t let me check in early, and the person there wasn’t helpful. The actual situation was completely different from what the agent promised on the call. You’re left waiting until the regular check-in time. I’d suggest booking somewhere else, and not through FAB hotels.

The bedsheets and duvet were clean, but the towel was blackened, and the room wasn’t cleaned when I stayed more than one night. It’s a very small, basic room with no chair or table, and there’s no tea or coffee maker. Breakfast came on a plastic plate, and the only toiletry provided was soap. The road to the hotel is very bad too. Avoid this place.
