Jass Metro by OYO Rooms

I paid 3,000 rupees for two nights, but they charged more than the price shown in the app. The geyser in my room didn't work, and the old AC wasn't working properly either. The sheets were stained when I arrived. I asked for a replacement, but the staff member brought another dirty one, then refused to change it again when I pointed that out. The staff were rude, and the whole stay was awful. It felt like they were trying to get extra money out of guests.

The room was filthy and nothing like the photos, with a leaking bathroom sink, dead insects, stained floors and toilet, and torn, stained sheets. I booked on Agoda for 875 INR, but when we arrived the manager said the listed price was wrong and demanded another 675. He said that was the actual price, without mentioning early check-in. I had asked through the app about checking in early and got no reply. This was the worst place I've stayed so far. Avoid it.

After we reached reception, we were kept waiting for two hours and then asked to pay about twice the amount shown on the booking platform. I booked through OYO, but they said they had no contract with OYO and that the owner had taken my booking through it. The receptionist was rough with us, and neither the manager nor owner resolved the extra charge. I was really annoyed by what felt like money-making misconduct. A very bad experience.

We ended up leaving without a room, with our family. At 5 in the morning there were several other people there asking for rooms and arguing. The staff were arrogant, and although they take bookings through OYO, they demanded double the price when we arrived. I think OYO is also part of the problem for accepting bookings at hotels like this. I wouldn't book here.
