The restaurant and breakfast stood out, with a good selection of Indian dishes, good quality food, and good service. The hotel itself seems fairly new inside and out. Rooms aren’t very large, though the bathrooms are well equipped. Room service was inconsistent and below standard, and towels and other items often weren’t replaced.

Mr Mingyal Sherpa handled check-in and check-out efficiently, helping make the stay smooth and hassle-free. The staff were courteous, helpful, and quick to respond, and housekeeping consistently kept the rooms clean and hygienic. After a long day, the well-maintained rooms were comfortable to return to. The hotel’s calm, relaxing atmosphere was good for crew rest. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The breakfast was minimal, and the service was poor. For all four days, my eggs never arrived at the table despite repeated reminders. Dinner had a small but okay selection, and nearby restaurants and cafes were useful when I wanted proper food. The suite rooms are a decent size with basic amenities, but the property is compact and the rooms feel dated. Lights flickered, bathrooms were tiny and a bit smelly, linen included, and the cupboards were dusty and smelled too. Service was below average for a Marriott property, and check-in and check-out were slow. Like Four Points by Sheraton next door, this place doesn’t make you feel valued as a Bonvoy elite member. The stay was underwhelming. If there’s another option in the area beyond Marriott, I’d choose it.

It’s not a bad hotel, but it felt more like an average business hotel than a premium Marriott experience, especially in readiness and day-to-day efficiency. It can work if you set your expectations accordingly.
