The room itself was comfortable, but the surroundings weren’t pleasant, and breakfast was a letdown. The choices were very limited, with mostly the same items each day, mainly Edly. There weren’t options like cut fruit, dosa, or healthy seeds. Given the hotel’s reputation, I expected better service and more variety at meals. I hope the feedback is taken seriously and things improve for future guests.

I really liked the hotel property, and Abhishek at Frontoffice did a great job making sure our stay was comfortable. His service was exceptional, and I’m very grateful for his help. The breakfast, though, wasn’t what I expected and left me dissatisfied with that part of the stay. The standard should be improved, or breakfast removed. The location is excellent: Apollo is a 2-3 minute walk away, the Metro station is about 10 minutes on foot, and good restaurants are within five minutes. The staff were polite, helpful, and welcoming. Hot water was available 24*7, and the AC worked pretty well. The rooms were clean and had useful basics, including an electric kettle, refrigerator, mugs with tea and coffee supplies, and a safe for valuables and documents. The wall paintings added a nice touch. We had to change rooms during our visit because the room we wanted wasn’t available for the full booking. In the second room, the bathroom needs improvement: there wasn’t a single hook, grill, or other place to hang anything. The catering section could also be better. When we asked for cutlery, they had only plates and spoons. There were no bowls, and the plates were very light plastic while the spoons were disposable wood, which didn’t seem to fit the 3 star status shown on different platforms.

The stay was very pleasant and up to the mark, with good premises. Abhishek and Mahalaxmi at reception were so friendly, like family friends. Breakfast had a South Indian touch. I’d highly recommend the place to anyone looking for 4 star properties.
