There were cockroaches all over the room, including on the bed, which raises real hygiene and safety concerns. The room wasn't clean and had a strong unpleasant smell, as did the bath towels. Maintenance was either very poor or neglected altogether. There was no hot water during my stay, even though that's a basic hotel amenity. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless they make major improvements to cleanliness, maintenance, and the guest experience.

We needed to meet outside in the cold because staff wouldn't let my friend in for 10 minutes. They were harsh with him even though we were both humble and polite. The hotel's hospitality was very poor, and we had a bad experience.

The room was spacious, and although we were moved to another room that was better, hygiene and maintenance were still problems. We found 4-5 small cockroaches in the bed, the wall was dirty, and the door handle was broken. Bathroom amenities seemed reused, there were no washroom dustbins, and the curtains had a stubborn stain and looked unclean. The front desk felt unwelcoming and didn't smile; staff hospitality needs work. Housekeeping staff had language barriers, which I understand. The hotel needs to improve maintenance, hygiene, and staff behavior for guests.

The service was very good, and the rooms were comfortable and kept in good shape. I had a great stay.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned, and the water supply was poor on the fourth floor. Tea and coffee were included in our voucher, but we still weren’t given them even after we pointed that out. A really bad hotel, definitely wouldn’t recommend it.
