The location was good, but the staff's attitude and the amenities were awful. The rooms weren't cleaned, the wastebasket was full, the bedsheets and other things were unclean, there was no Wi-Fi, and the TV had no cable recharge or internet connection. We booked through OYO for two days and tried to manage, but then the power went out and there was no backup. Both staff members kept making excuses, and we waited almost an hour while the rest of the building had electricity. We finally left, but neither the hotel nor OYO gave us a cashback. We only used the A/C room because we were trying to tolerate all this poor service. We tried contacting the hotel many times before arriving and never got through. OYO customer care was terrible too, with no real support. Family safety doesn't seem to concern them, and I don't think this place is suitable for families. Please be careful, read the negative reviews before booking, and confirm directly with the hotel first. This was a horrible, pathetic, cheap-quality experience.

I'm editing this after the hotel's reply. Reception told me they use OYO only for branding and had removed all online bookings, but they still keep online booking available. If you book and pay online, they say there's no booking and won't refund you, then tell you to take it up with OYO. They make fools of people. Don't trust the five-star reviews. My room smelled of cigarettes, was poorly maintained, and had leaking bathroom taps and a flush that didn't work. Don't waste your money or time here. These people are frauds.

The staff were rude, and the rooms weren't cleaned well, with cockroaches around. We paid the full amount online through OYO, but the hotel asked us for more money and said the booking would otherwise be released automatically. OYO's call center said the refund would take 7 to 14 working days. This happened at check-in, an hour before the 11pm arrival time, around midnight. Avoid this kind of lodge. OYO, please don't recommend places like this or damage your name.

Terrible experience. We booked through goibibo.com seven days ahead, but when we checked in, the owner said they had no partnership with oyo/makemytrip/goibibo and wanted us to pay the current rate. We refused. Worst ever.

I booked a room, but the property owner wouldn't give it to me. He said that even if I'd booked through another site like Oyo or Agoda, I still had to pay the full amount, and he didn't issue the room.
