The breakfast they cooked was really good, the room was comfortable, and the staff were lovely. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, but the hotel is far from the main road. It also gets deserted after 8 or 9, so you could get mugged. That's no joke.

The service was poor, and the two staff members I dealt with seemed unprofessional. The breakfast was awful, and they didn't even offer a water bottle. The bathrooms and towels were dirty, the beds were dusty and very old, and the place felt more like a hostel than the three star hotel shown when booking. A bad experience. It's highly overrated.

The area is peaceful and close to the main road, and the price was reasonable. The floors and bathrooms were clean, but the cupboards weren't. Breakfast can be had if you call ahead to confirm, since it isn't prepared automatically. The sheets and blanket need regular cleaning: ours had lots of stains and hair from previous guests. I took them off and slept on the mattress.

The lake view is really nice, and the quiet, peaceful neighborhood is a big plus. It's a budget friendly Oyo built more like a house than a hotel, and it's couple friendly too. The staff were amazing. The building itself just isn't as nicely put together as some other hotels in the area.

The neighborhood is quiet enough to work well, and the airport bus stop is nearby. A nice place to stay in Bangalore. Room service is okay, and laundry and kitchen access are available for a fee.
