I couldn't sleep in that smelly room with cockroaches all around, so I left and found somewhere else. The room stank, wasn't clean, and the AC didn't work. Service was very poor. I also couldn't reach Agoda customer care and wasn't able to get a refund for my booking.

The room didn't live up to the property's "Company Serviced" listing. Cockroaches were crawling around, even on the bed, and the bathroom was filthy. The linen was dirty and looked unchanged, with dust and hair all over the room. The AC wasn't working properly either. The conditions were so bad I had to leave at 11:30 PM. When I raised the issue, they offered only 20% gratification and no refund, which was unacceptable. Guests shouldn't have to compromise on basic hygiene and safety. I'm very disappointed with the property and with OYO's handling of it. I'd strongly advise others against booking unless hygiene, pest control, and service standards improve drastically.

The rooms were roomy, but that didn’t help when basic things were missing or broken. We changed rooms four times, and each one had a different problem, from the AC or TV not working to bathroom taps that wouldn’t work. There were stains on the walls, tiles, blankets, and pillows, and the whole place smelled bad. The rooms and bathrooms were unclean, and there was no point expecting Wi-Fi, toiletries, mineral water, or breakfast when the basics weren’t there. Parking and the front desk were another mess. Someone was allowed to park behind our car during a late check-in, and checkout ran 45 minutes late. The person at reception wouldn’t help figure out who had parked there. Later, while we were asleep, staff knocked on the door and told me to move my car so a water tanker could fill the sump. There wasn’t even a doorbell, and the knocking startled me awake. It felt like there was no real car parking. I stayed for two days only because I had hospital visits and no time to find somewhere else. There’s nothing good I can say about the place. Don’t trust the website or its pictures.

The rooms were unhygienic and crawling with cockroaches. The app photos are fake, and the actual rooms don’t come close to that standard. It felt like a rundown, low-grade lodge by an old bus stand.
