The rooms smelled bad, the AC didn’t work, and the service was poor. There were problems with the water and lift, plus issues with the shower and wash basin. Outside the rooms was dirty too: leftover food sat there smelling for over a day, and nobody picked it up. Just so-so service.

We booked with breakfast included, but in the morning they said the kitchen wasn’t open. The rooms smelled unpleasant, and the room, washroom, bed, curtains, and towels weren’t clean. Service was poor. Don’t trust their advertisements.

Breakfast was the big letdown, it was really bad. The rooms themselves are well kept, and the room service is good. Since it’s in Tambaram, getting different kinds of transport is easy. My stay was good apart from breakfast. If they improve the food and taste, I think the hotel could get a four-star rating.

My booking was moved to a random hotel called MM residency just one day before I was due to stay, and it wasn’t even close to what I’d paid for. I asked for a refund, but nothing was done. A horrible experience, I really don’t recommend it.

I paid an advance for a FAB booking, but when I reached the hotel they said they weren’t accepting FAB bookings. I tried getting in touch with FAB hotels and got no response. I lost my money.
