The Deluxe Room looked old and was very small. The phone didn't work, and towels weren't there at first, though they were brought later. There was no hot water in the morning, and the bathroom had old, average-looking pipes. I didn't receive shampoo, just two small Medimix soaps. Breakfast wasn't bad, but the tea came half an hour after we'd finished eating. I'm not satisfied with HOTEL SRM CENTRAL PARK.
The rooms are awful, with cockroaches all over the place. If you expect even basic hygiene, don't choose this hotel.
Really good service, and the staff are good people. The manager was very nice and spoke respectfully. I especially liked the coffee.
The hotel itself is good, but there are too many people drinking around it.
The location is prime, near the central railway station, but there are lots of other hotel options nearby, so I'd look around if you have time. The rooms are small, not kept clean, and don't expect any hygiene here. Cockroaches are everywhere in the room.
