The room was so tiny it felt like a cellar or a pigeonhole, with barely enough space for the bed and no side table for our things. It wasn't clean, and even basic items were missing. I doubt the curtains have been washed since they were put up.

The service and hospitality were terrible. We booked a room with breakfast, but they bought it from the market and served it in a polythene bag. They didn't even have crockery. A really bad experience.

It's an okay place for just one or two nights. There aren't restaurants nearby, though there's a good one 3 km away. The one plus is a tea and coffee vendor opposite the hotel, and SAi Iyer bhojan serves pretty decent tiffin and snacks. It's open from 7 am to 3 pm, then again from 6 pm to 10 pm.

The room and bathroom were clean, but check-in wasn't smooth at all. Even after I showed the booking confirmation and proof of full payment, the caretaker refused to let us in. I had to contact customer care, and we were finally allowed inside after 20 minutes of hassle early in the morning, with my family waiting.

Good staff and a good place, with good service. Rahul Shaikh was especially helpful and made the stay a good experience. I loved staying here and will visit again.
