The complimentary breakfast was good. But the mattresses in the rooms are very bouncy, and the bedsheets didn't seem hygienic, which caused skin irritation for me. The front desk staff should be able to speak Hindi and English.

The bedsheets weren't clean at all, and the breakfast was really bad. This was the worst experience. I strongly wouldn't recommend anyone visit this hotel. It isn't worth a penny of what you pay.

The only upside is being close to VAC biometric, and the service guy let me check in late. Otherwise, I'd skip it. The bedsheet wasn't proper, the room smelled of cigarettes, and there were a few mosquitoes. It may be okay for solo travelers, but at this price I'm not sure it's worth it.

We reserved two rooms. One was fine, but the other was a bad experience: it smelled, the AC didn't work, and the WiFi was so poor it was basically unusable. We complained several times, but nothing was done and no alternate room was offered. The reception staff also didn't seem professional. The property feels like some rooms put together on the 3rd floor, rather than a genuine 3-star hotel as claimed. That's misleading to customers and needs to be addressed.
