OYO 11305 Hotel NK Exotica

I had to take the room because of a family health issue, and my family was just as unhappy with it as I was. I regretted booking here. The room cost Rs. 2500, but didn’t have adequate amenities, and there was no Wi-Fi in the room. The hotel said Wi-Fi was available only in the reception area, which is concerning for a mid-range hotel. The bedroom was very dirty, and the bathroom had stains and different kinds of dirt. The experience was extremely disappointing. Next time, I’ll make sure the room meets my expectations for cleanliness and amenities.

The food was good, though it took a while because they didn’t have many staff. If you don’t want to wait, there are possibly some good restaurants around the hotel. Book online for the best price, since the hotel charges around 2.5k to 3k. I came to Chennai for a business meeting and found this hotel on Google at a reasonable price. I stayed after making a reservation, and liked the clean rooms and helpful man at the counter.

We had good complimentary breakfast, and the rooms were clean, nice, and spacious. The host was friendly, spoke good English, and helped with all our requests. The staff were welcoming and well mannered, too. There was water available 24/7, even in a drought-affected place. The hotel is in a quiet spot away from the city's bustle, but still not far away.

A practical place to spend a night while traveling between places, or if you need to be near the airport. The hotel is clean, pleasant, and well organized, with friendly staff and unusually spacious rooms with plenty of furniture. You may hear planes at any time, but they aren’t too loud or disruptive. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace is decent, with a nice view. For this price range, it’s a solid, straightforward stay, nothing special.
