OYO 6375 Perungudi

The food was really good, which was the one bright spot. The beds, though, were flimsy and poor quality, and there's no food delivery to the rooms, so you have to go downstairs to eat. We waited almost 45 minutes while the staff cleaned our room, despite arriving eight hours after the 12 pm check-in time. The first room they gave us also had no latch to lock the door from inside.

We were near Perungudi signal (Apollo hospital) and the bus stop, both within walking distance. There are several restaurants nearby, though I'm not sure about the food served at the hotel. The staff were good, but the sheets weren't clean, and the rooms could have been better maintained. Water leaked from the flush tank and its joint when the toilet was flushed, and the door knob was broken. Hopefully that has been fixed by now. I didn't get the Wi-Fi details before moving in and had to ask for them later that evening. If the rooms are kept in good shape and the sheets cleaned after each guest, the place might be worth the money. My stay was in March 2019.

I booked a room here for a friend who came from Bangalore for an interview. At check-in, they refused to accept the price shown in the app and made her call OYO customer care to ask for the price to be revisited. Their poor service delayed her by almost an hour.

The apartment looked good and felt comfortable. The rooms were clean and nice, the food and place felt hygienic, and the service was very kind-hearted. Thanks for the lovely service.
