I booked through booking.com from Norway for an important meeting and got a booking confirmation code. But when we arrived, they said there were no rooms and disregarded our booking, leaving us helpless. The receptionist explained that online bookings through booking.com don't get updated in their system. Hopefully they'll fix this in the future.

Everything is within walking distance, which made it easy to get things done during an official visit to the city's business area. The rooms are spacious and cleanly maintained, so it's a comfortable place to stay.

The toilet wasn't maintained at all, and the water heater didn't work.
