We left as soon as we saw the room. It reeked of cigarettes, and the corridors were so dirty they looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned for decades. I’d gone to a wedding in Chennai that ended around 10 PM, then booked this place at the last minute based on the photos. I’d already paid online, which was my biggest mistake. Even with my wife there, I tried looking at the room because the payment was done, but it didn’t seem suitable for a family. I learned my lesson: don’t trust the OYO photos in this AI generation.

I was very disappointed by the front office staff at this hotel in Purasaiwalkam. They were rude, unprofessional, and not helpful when I needed assistance or wanted concerns addressed. That poor first impression set the tone. Management should work on staff training and how guests are handled. Based on this, I wouldn’t recommend the place.

The location is really convenient, with easy access from the metro. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were cooperative.

Everything nearby was easy to reach from this well located place. The room staff gave great service, and lativ was especially friendly. I had an excellent stay and would stay here again next time.

The hotel is in a busy market area, so it gets loud, and I saw tiny cockroaches. The staff also forgot to give me a towel. Still, it’s a budget option that felt worth the price: the room and bathroom had been refurbished recently, and the AC worked fine.
