The reception people seemed nice, but the place is tucked down a narrow rocky street with no good restaurants within walking distance. There were no towels in the room, and the plugs weren't conveniently placed. For what they offer, it costs too much.

The behavior from the receptionist to the room service staff was disappointing. We had booked online with early check-in, but when we tried to check in early, the receptionist in the photo refused without giving a clear reason and told us to contact the booking platform. They even suggested booking offline to get early check-in. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The best thing is the prime location and plenty of parking. The staff, unfortunately, ruined the stay. The room wasn't worth 1,200, and I left the next day instead of staying the planned two nights. There was no card or GPay option. The receptionist suggested I pay 50 rupees extra to his personal account. There was no phone in the room, so whenever they switched the AC off, I had to walk downstairs. I'm not sure if that was because I refused the extra payment. At checkout, I waited 15 minutes with nobody at reception, so I left the key and checked out.

The hotel itself is good, but at checkout people kept changing what they'd said to try to get more money from customers. Book online and pay online. If you book in person, they seem to look for ways to charge extra.
