The location is handy, with roads toward EM Bypass and City Centre 1 nearby, yet the surroundings feel peaceful. The rooms work well for a short stay, and I especially liked the clean spaces, tasty food, and helpful staff who were always ready to guide us. The hotel can host corporate gatherings and small receptions or birthday parties. They also have a larger facility coming up, so contact them for details.

The place is quiet, neat, and clean, and the food is good. The location suits people looking for a peaceful spot. Breakfast could use more choices, especially fruit and juice, since they served only watermelon every day. Service and management need improvement. When we entered the room, some basic things were missing, and two 500 ml water bottles for two people weren’t enough.

The rooms were good, breakfast was included, and the price felt pocket friendly. What stood out most was the staff, from front desk receptionist Devika to night in-charge kunal and room service attendants Kamal, Rathinder, and Shubam. They were polite and helpful, and made us feel at home. Even though the hotel is in the heart of the city, the calm surroundings keep it away from the bustle. I’d recommend it to people visiting Kolkata for work or a holiday.
