As a solo female traveler, I felt intimidated and unsafe because the owner and manager harassed and threatened me. The site showed a price of 641, but they forced me to pay 1000 and said I couldn't stay otherwise. They threatened to raise it to 1500 or even 2000 if I argued more. I see this as cheating, harassment, and exploitation, and I want strict action under consumer protection policies and for the property to be permanently blacklisted so nobody else goes through this. If nothing happens, I'm prepared to file a consumer court complaint and share my experience on social media. I had already spent 400 on a cab to get there, so I stayed only 5 hours and left after a short nap. There was nothing livable about the place. The property looked nothing like its online pictures: it was filthy, with dirty floors, stained sheets, an unbearable smell in the washroom, and a clogged sink. The toilet was an Indian commode, which I found unhygienic and unacceptable for what they charged. This was my worst hotel experience, and I strongly urge you to remove it from the platform. I found it dirty, unsafe, fraudulent, and dangerous, a threat to customer safety and rights.

The sheets and pillow covers aren't washed each time, and the rooms are unclean. Bed bugs are another major problem.

Very bad service. Booking through OYO doesn't guarantee anything. If the rate you booked is lower than their direct rate, they say there's no room unless you pay cash there. Booking directly costs more, too. It feels like they'll cheat you either way. 👎👎👎👎👎

This seems best for a one-night stay. I paid Rs 1499/- including GST for 3 adults and one room. There's a TV, water heater, bathing soap, towel, and one complimentary water bottle. No breakfast or room service, but there are grocery and small shops nearby. Parking isn't exclusive, and there's no wheelchair parking. During rainy days, parking nearby would be much harder. The bed and bedspread really need cleaning. The cot should be improved, since the spring bed may or may not be comfortable for older people, and the pillows are low quality.
