Avoid this place. With the same budget, you can find another hotel. The rooms and interiors weren’t good, the toilet was poor, and there was a strange smell throughout. I also had no hot water or Wi-Fi, and the staff and management were bad. We were six couples and booked five rooms for the first day. I’d gone elsewhere that morning, so the hotel charged me to bathe and use water, and asked me to pay the charge right away. The behavior was very bad. On the second day, we came back asking for one double AC room. The owner said they were all booked and offered only a triple bed AC room, even though we’d discussed the next day’s booking on the first day. Five couples in our families were already staying there, but they still hadn’t provided the double bed AC room. The owner again asked for the charge to be paid right away. Same place, same line again, money, money, money. Don’t go.

I nearly missed my interview after wasting an hour trying to book online again. I already had a booking, but had to come to Chennai two days early, so I called the hotel. They said there was no problem and that I could get a room there without booking online. When I arrived in a hurry, they refused and said I should have booked beforehand. There was a crazy man sitting at reception.

The owner is friendly with customers, and some modifications are underway, though I don’t know how they’ll turn out. Still, this doesn’t feel like a place for families. The room and bed are small, the AC isn’t in good condition, and there’s no geyser, room service, or intercom.

There’s no Wi-Fi, by the way. The rooms are simple and not well furnished, so it’s an option if you’re trying to save money, as long as you’re willing to make compromises.
