Capital O 18946 Admire Suit Hospitality

A grimy room with a fungi smell and broken doors. Feels like a place for a one-night stand, not somewhere for family or friends.

The room and service were awful. There were cockroaches, the toilet smelled, the sheets were very smelly, and there was no television. The price online was 1200, but they asked for 2000, which felt far too high for what they offered. The receptionist's behavior was very bad. Ishitha didn't know how to speak to or welcome a guest, and the staff, especially Ishitha, were terrible. They provided no real service or hospitality. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If there were a way to share photos of the room, I would.

My son was left stranded after the hotel refused to let him stay, even though his company had booked and confirmed his room through makemytrip. When he objected, they claimed he'd gone to the wrong hotel, which wasn't true. In my opinion, that was cheating.

The biggest service issue was housekeeping. It seemed short-staffed, the room wasn't cleaned, and used plates were left there despite instructions. I'd also say skip the in-house food, which I found average. Otherwise, it was a good budget stay at Admire Suit. The reception staff were especially courteous, and although the room and roughly 5x5ft bathroom were small, both were well maintained, neat and clean. The air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, water heater, and other amenities all worked fine.
