Mr. Ajay at the front office was kind, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. His warm smile and thoughtful service made me feel welcome. The hotel was peaceful and beautiful, with everything clean and well organized. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of choices. On my way back, the staff gave me Diwali sweets as a parting gift, a lovely memory from my first Deepavali in India. Thanks to everyone for the hospitality. I hope I can return someday.

The people who stay here seem to make up a lovely community, and that adds something beyond the hotel itself. The staff team cared for me so much, and the food was delicious. Hanu Reddy Residency Poes Garden is peaceful but also central. It really felt like a home away from home. I can see why so many guests were booking their next visit before leaving. I'm grateful to everyone who made my stay so good. I've found my regular place in Chennai, and hope to be back soon.

We arranged an ice cream party for a customer's son as part of a birthday celebration at Hanu Reddy Residencies. The place was clean, calm, and well kept, and the staff were supportive, kind, and polite throughout. Its location on a dead-end street meant no traffic disturbance, which kept things peaceful and convenient. A nice option for small meetings, family gatherings, and private occasions. We had a very good experience.

We spent nearly two months at Hanu Reddy Poesgarden while attending our studies, and felt rested, pampered, and inspired. We had most of our lunches and dinners there at reasonable prices, and enjoyed every meal. Breakfast was an amazing buffet with healthy, generous choices. The kitchen team deserves thanks for the food, and the restaurant's lovely setting made meals even more enjoyable. Guests chatted happily together, and it felt like a heavenly place to sit. The rooms were spacious and spotless, cleaned daily by Samar, who was helpful and ready to sort out any problem. The bed was comfortable, the fresh linen, pillows, and towels were crisp and cozy, and the modern bathroom and wash basin worked well for our needs. What stays with us most is the human touch. The staff anticipated our needs, welcomed us warmly, and gave personal recommendations. Manager Avira greeted guests each day with warmth and patience, and solved problems efficiently. She also made sure we could attend a special celebration luncheon, which we'll remember. At reception, everyone smiled and greeted us when we passed on our 6am walks and throughout the day. Sudanshu answered all our questions cheerfully. The restaurant staff were attentive and ready to help. Ashok, Pradip, Ajay, and Dinesh looked after us with such personal care. From the guard to everyone else we met, we were treated with smiles and respect, as if we were special. Hanu Reddy's motto is “Guest is God,” and the staff truly lived by it. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. We'll be back in December for another two months of studies and to enjoy this home away from home. The memories of the people here are beautiful, and we look forward to seeing everyone again. Thanks as well to Mr Hanu Reddy and his family for creating such a wonderful place, and to Nirupama for including us and making us feel like part of the family. Avira manages the staff and everything else beautifully, always keeping guests in mind. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. It was a marvellous experience.
