I paid in full through the Oyo app, but at check-in they still asked for extra money. The service was extremely disappointing. My room was dirty, dust had visibly built up, and the bed sheets weren't clean. I developed skin rashes from them. When I told the staff, they refused to change the sheets or clean the room. It was a terrible experience, and I don't recommend staying here. Do not recommend.

Service was good, but the room wasn't worth the price. The bed was very old, the bedspread was dirty, and there was too much noise. Oyo showed ₹600, but they asked for 1000, then agreed to ₹720 after we talked. Google review showed 2.9* while Oyo showed 4.6*. They provide ratings themselves from our phone.

OYO showed a room price of 500, so we booked it. When we reached the hotel, they demanded another 800-1000 rupees. Asked why they were charging so much, and they said to pay or leave. What's really going on, and whom can we trust?

The TV and AC weren't working properly. We stayed 3 days, but the room was cleaned only once and wasn't really clean then either. At reception they took extra money, charging rs 1200 against the online price of rs 600. Nope, not at all.

There was no hot water in the room, and drinking water cost extra at reception. We were charged 2600 rupees for 2 rooms. The Oye app had shown 500 per night, but when we arrived they refused check-in unless we paid almost double. Worst experience, don't go there.
