The place felt peaceful and safe, and the management were friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable, very clean, and well maintained. Water, WiFi, and cleanliness were all handled properly. I had a really good stay and would recommend it.

The staff were very nice, and the location is handy for the marriage halls and Arumbakkam Metro station. The AC worked well, and the bathroom was decent with good hot water. There’s no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have lots of luggage or are travelling with older people.

Avoid booking here. The reception person was rude and didn’t know how to speak to customers. The rooms and beds were poor, cockroaches were crawling on the floor and bed, and the bathroom smelled really bad.

The room was a little small, but it was exceptionally neat and tidy, and the cleanliness was clearly looked after. The interiors had a modern architectural style. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and supportive throughout my stay, which made me feel comfortable. I had a wonderful experience.

The location is very central, and everything else was fine. Still, the rooms need a deeper clean. Both mornings we woke up to find there was no water in the toilets.
