The fridge leaked because its rubber had fallen off, and staff didn’t seem bothered to fix it. The bathroom exhaust was unbearably loud for a long time after use. We also had to ask repeatedly for the room to be cleaned and the sheets changed. After about a week, cockroaches started appearing in every room and kept multiplying. They were all over the room and where we slept. It was disgusting. Stay away and don’t book here.

The toilet was dirty and looked like it had never been cleaned. The AC worked sometimes and then stopped. There was no room service for three days, and the room phone was dead too. They took payment for all three days in advance and provided no service.

Don’t book here. It’s a terrible building, and the owner is very cunning. They wouldn’t provide food for the kids. I hope people travelling from northern India don’t get caught in this trap.

The manager was a very good person and helped us in many ways, so it felt worth the money. The room rate was a bit high, though I think it was fair for the standard. The rooms are quite large and have nearly all modern facilities, including AC, a washing machine, TV, and a well-equipped kitchen. I especially liked the kitchen setup. It was small but organized, with everything needed. The only thing they should improve is the lift, which is quite old. I had a good stay. I’d have given five stars, but chose four so they might keep developing.
