I was worried about catching an infection or virus here. Nothing felt clean: the corridor stank, the mattress was barely a mattress, and the pillows felt like two floor mats stuffed into covers. The blanket was useless too. We stayed 2 nights, and getting an extra blanket turned into a huge argument because the night staff were awful. If you care about your health, safety, and peace of mind, don't book here.
We were heading to a wedding mahal early in the morning, and bathing in cold water was really uncomfortable. Please install a water heater in every room. We book hotels to rest and freshen up, and hot water should be available.
I had a very bad experience with the night shift in-charge. He spoke harshly and got into an argument with me. Staff need to be patient with customers and try to understand their situation, especially when children are involved.
The bathroom was unclean, and the room had no hot water, Wi-Fi, towels, soap, or even a bottle of water. There was no restroom mat either. They gave us one blanket for two people, and it had lots of holes in it (photos attached). The bed was too small for two and uncomfortable. This was an awful stay. Even a lodge would be better.
The rooms were filthy, staff were indifferent, and the owner behaved terribly. There was no Wi-Fi or blanket, the AC didn’t work, and there were red ants everywhere along with bed bugs. No hot water, either. Cleanliness was nonexistent. I wouldn’t give it a single star. Don’t visit this place or restaurant.
