Fab Green Tree felt like a lovely home in Chennai. The rooms were clean and well appointed, the staff were always willing to help, and they served a healthy South Indian breakfast each morning. The location worked well too, with markets and metro stations nearby and the airport not too far away. Great value for the money, thumbs up from me.
We were three women, and the staff were friendly and keen to help from the moment we arrived. The location made getting around easy, and when we decided to stay longer, they helped make the extension memorable.
We had a nice three day stay, and the room was clean. The reception staff welcomed us warmly, and everyone was friendly and ready to help, whether with shopping directions, main attractions, or arranging cabs.
There were bugs everywhere, huge stains on the blanket, and hair on the bed when I entered the room. They might not even have changed the blanket if I hadn’t spotted the stains. The room was so dirty I’d have been better off sleeping at a bus stop. Service was awful and the staff were rude. I’d think twice before booking this disgusting place.
Good location, good rooms, and very supportive staff who provided really good service. I loved it, and it works well for time with friends or family.
