The room was nice, but the service was poor. The receptionist refused our booking.com reservation and said they didn’t accept online bookings, so we had to book directly. She asked for 300 rupees more than the price shown online. They didn’t provide shampoo, soap, or drinking water. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We paid 1,800 rupees after booking on booking.com for 1,500. At the hotel, the receptionist said they didn’t accept online bookings and asked for another 300. I was trying to pay online, but the network inside was too poor. I asked her to turn on a hotspot for two minutes so I could make the payment, then she could switch it off, but she wouldn’t. We’d booked online and they’d accepted the reservation before we arrived, yet they denied it and charged us extra. There was no soap, shampoo, or towel in the room. Please don’t book here.

The location is handy for travelers, and the rooms are comfortable enough for a decent stay. Service fell short, though, especially the responsiveness and hospitality. It was an okay experience, but better service would make this a much better option.

The room service was awful. There’s no drinking water or Wi-Fi, the AC didn’t cool, and the bathing water is extremely salty, like the tanks are being filled straight from the sea. The lift doesn’t work from 11 pm to 7 am. Please avoid this lodge.
