The room was only in average condition, and the lights in 103 weren’t working. Breakfast was very average in taste, and the service was awful. Maybe these rooms are worth trying once.

Even after I showed my booking ID and payment details, they wanted more money because I had booked an AC room but was given a non-AC one. The staff were very rude. I’m an advocate, so I showed my ID and said I’d call the police if they treated me like that. The issue was sorted out, but I didn’t feel customers were safe there. They also ask for extra cleaning charges. It felt like a scam. Don’t go.

The roads leading here are muddy and in very poor shape, and the lift wasn’t working. Some rooms also had no hot water, and staff were slow to respond to requests. At ₹1,500 a day, the rooms felt overpriced. There are service apartments on OMR with better facilities and access for less. The staff were very rude, which is a basic problem in a place meant to offer hospitality. A below-par stay, wouldn’t recommend it.

Dirty linens were still an issue after we asked to have them changed. The staff didn’t seem willing to help, and the room wasn’t clean enough. That affected our whole stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place if hygiene and decent service matter to you.
