After the owner's attitude, I can see why this place has two stars, but I'd give it one for how he treated us. The three of us were left standing in the road as paying customers, and he didn't care. We had booked through Agoda for three people, with an early morning check-in, but couldn't reach them beforehand, so I relied on Oyo and added a special request to say we'd be arriving early. The owner still threw us out, saying there were no rooms. It was a terrible experience. I'm waiting for Agoda to refund me, though that's still not guaranteed. It's a real concern that these booking systems don't guarantee a room even after payment.

The place was filthy, with mosquitoes flying around everywhere. I booked through Oyo on Google for a morning check-in, but the owner demanded almost triple the price when I arrived. He didn't care that I had a reservation and two stars. I was left standing in the road as a booked customer. A very bad experience, and it makes me worry about whether hospitality booking services actually guarantee a room.

I had a confirmed reservation through Agoda, but they refused to honor it and insisted I cancel and get a refund. They wouldn't accept the platform's lower rate and instead wanted Rs 1500/day for 2 persons. Very poor experience. Don't book this place through Agoda or Oyo.

Even though I had paid in full, they refused the booking when I got to the hotel. Customer relations were extremely unhelpful and inflexible. Nothing about this place was worthwhile when they don't care about their customers. OYO!!! Please shut it down soon, or your reputation is going to suffer.
