After I arrived for my booking, they demanded more money, and the staff were very rude. I’ve never had an experience this bad. Please be careful before booking here. OYO should look into this hotel and the receptionist, and confirm the costs clearly for customers like us who travel from far away. It felt like a scam.

I travelled from Egmore railway station after booking through Oyo and paying the full amount shown in the app. At the hotel, staff said I’d have to pay another 553 rs to stay, or 743rs for 24 hours. They said they wouldn’t give me a room if I didn’t pay the extra amount, so I had to cancel the booking. I’m really disappointed in Oyo. We come from far away trusting the app, and this is how customers are treated. Please take action against the hotel and receptionist, and don’t mislead us.

We booked a room, but they said none were available and wouldn’t let us check in. We waited until 5 pm before they finally told us to get a refund from oyo. We were left standing out on the road. Don’t book here.
