Zam Zam Residents

The owner and receptionist were rude throughout, and there was no room service. People were openly drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes inside, which made the place even less comfortable. The rooms at Zam Zam Guest House were old and tiny, nothing like I expected, and the washrooms smelled and felt unhygienic. The cushions and bedsheets looked dirty too. A really disappointing, unpleasant stay. Definitely not recommended.🙏

The staff were very rude. We booked an air conditioned room through Booking.com, but when we arrived they wouldn't give us one unless we paid extra. Pathetic. I wouldn't recommend booking these rooms.

We ended up staying because the owner stepped in, though we were close to cancelling after the receptionist told us to get out for arriving early. We had offered to pay for early check-in and did pay extra, but it didn't feel worth it. The place wasn't clean, and there was no drinking water or other facilities, just a room. The receptionist was very rude and had no manners.

There were no facilities or water, and the person there was rude and didn't speak properly. The atmosphere also wasn't good. I was there recently, and this is one of the worst hotels I've seen in my life. I'd tell people not to go.
