FabHotel Santhome Inn

The staff were the only good part. I could call them over and over, and they would help. But the room was a mess: the AC didn't work, the windows wouldn't shut, and sometimes there wasn't even a TV, just a remote. When there was a TV, the remote had no batteries. Plates arrived looking like nobody knew when they'd last been washed, and the glasses were dusty. They don't provide even basic toiletries, so bring your own. I've stayed at other fabhotel properties and was surprised by how disappointing this one was. Usually fabhotels are great, but this one just gives you a room and leaves you calling staff again and again to get things sorted. I wish I could give it a negative rating. Good luck if you're planning to stay here, but please don't book it. Do yourself a favor.

I stayed on 28th November 2020. The bathroom was rusty, dirty and looked very unhygienic, and the room hadn't been cleaned properly or sanitized as I'd expected during covid. We checked in at 8PM and had no choice but to stay. Breakfast was included in the booking but never provided. If you're unaware of the pandemic, this might be a place for a bachelor party.

I got a deal for less than 2k a night, though I'd rather have a 24 hour checkout than the 12pm one. The buffet breakfast had limited choices, and the water heater wasn't working. Cleanliness could be better too.

They canceled my booking on arrival day, saying there were no rooms, even though it had been confirmed 10 days earlier. The “chain” kept emailing that I had to pay 30%, but their payment site rejected all my cards. I told them that by email, and they simply canceled the reservation. When I reached the hotel, the employee couldn't even find my booking. I had internet access and saw an email sent while I was on the flight saying they had “upgraded” me to their apartments for the same price, in a different part of the city, as if I should be happy about it. SHAME!
