My senior citizen parents were turned away after traveling for more than seven hours, even though we'd booked and paid a month ahead. The hotel said it hadn't received the payment from FabHotel and wouldn't let them check in. We should have been told at least 24 hours earlier so we could arrange another place. The manager didn't help, just sent us to customer care and walked off. This hotel doesn't belong in the hospitality business. If there were a zero-star rating, I'd give it that.

The only plus was the location, with lots of saree shops nearby. This is a service apartment, not a hotel, and there's no breakfast, tea, or coffee. The pictures everywhere look fake or copied from another site. We arrived in the evening and felt awful as soon as we entered the dark, cramped compound. The room smelled so bad that housekeeping sprayed room freshener all over it. There were no hand towels, toilet paper, or soap, so we had to call reception for everything. The rooms are small and have no view. With no window or breathing space, it felt like a jail. Go somewhere else, especially if you're traveling with family.

It was quiet, without much disturbance, and the rooms were clean. The room was actually spacious, room service was good, and reception was quite responsive. The overall experience and service were just okay. I had no problems during my stay and could easily stay here for 1-2 days.

The staff were good, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. The washroom was well maintained, and the rooms felt comfortable and hygienic. They had the basics, including a cupboard, table, chair, TV, mirror, and AC. It was very hot, though, and I really missed having a mini refrigerator, LOL.

My parents chose this hotel based on the online reviews, but what we found was nothing like the pictures suggested. The mattresses were torn, the rooms were dirty, and there was a bad smell, along with other problems. We made the mistake of trusting the photos and reviews, and I wouldn't want anyone else to do the same. I can't recommend it.
