OYO Flagship 86010 T NAGAR Residency

The bedcover had multiple holes, and the sheets looked like someone had used them to clean shoes. The rooms were dirty and awful, not suitable even for a single person, let alone a family.

I booked an AC room through the OYO app, but first got a room with an AC that didn't work. They spent almost an hour trying to fix it. When I was about to get a refund, they said they couldn't return the full amount, so we settled on a room with a working AC. By then it was late and I was tired, so I stayed, even though the room was disgusting. In the morning the water stopped too. They also gave me used sheets, there was a broken window, and the service was terrible. The place was completely unhygienic, the worst hotel I've booked.

We lost 900 bucks and had a lot of anxiety because the hotel refused to let us check in, saying OYO had already been informed. The hotel wouldn't help, and OYO customer support dropped our calls and ignored our questions in the help section, even after we called repeatedly and raised the issue through the app. I'm surprised OYO enables this kind of fraud. Lesson learned: don't trust them.

The price was way too high, and the bed looked awful and dirty. There were cockroaches all over the room. The worst hotel.
