OYO Flagship 76921 Hotel Sakthi Park Inn

Not a place I'd recommend for families. For freshening up and that sort of thing, though, it's the best place.

Oyo showed 900, but they charged me 1600 and didn't give me a bill. The next morning, staff had approved my using the room for four extra hours at checkout. Then they held me there disrespectfully and demanded another 1600. They started negotiating; I said I'd only stayed the extra time with their approval, but they said they wouldn't accept that and told me to pay half. In the end, they charged 265 extra. Real scammers. Never book here. They said they didn't care about Google reviews. Show them the power of ordinary people.

The staff weren't helpful, and when I complained about the foul-smelling room and unwashed sheets, they wouldn't refund me. The WiFi and AC didn't work either. The advertised photos are completely misleading, and I wouldn't consider the hotel suitable for families. Also, watch out for auto drivers in the area, they are real scammers. This was extremely disappointing and not worth the money.

I paid the receptionist for two days in advance even though I'd booked just one, after he said the balance would be returned at checkout. When I asked for it, he said he had no money and would send it on Gpay after the owner arrived. After a big argument and a 15-minute wait, he paid me back. The bathroom was dirty, the water quality was poor, and the rooms were full of bed bugs. Not worth it at all.
