OYO 24460 Flagship Star City T Nagar

I was here for almost two months during the lockdown, and it was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The apartments were dirty and poorly maintained, service was poor, and most of the ACs didn’t work. Most staff behaved poorly, though a few were exceptions. They do have a kitchen, but whether their food is worth eating is debatable.

The rooms smelled of cigarettes, and some had no hot water. When I asked, one guy said it would come in five minutes, then never came back and disappeared from reception. The other person there said he knew nothing about it. The person I told about the cigarette smell just smiled. The next night, a lost drunk man came and started knocking on my door. Pathetic hotel, not recommended at all.

The location is the plus here, and service levels were okay. It’s a service apartment I booked through OYO, but the room I was given had no attached toilet. The rooms also need proper maintenance. It’s an okay hotel for a bachelor.

I stayed at Bazullah road apartments. The rooms were spacious, and the rates were very low. Service was good, though it could be improved a lot. It’s a hidden gem and a handy spot for shopping in T Nagar or travelling to other places.
