The drinking water was a plus, but several things made the stay uncomfortable. The room smelled bad, the bathroom doors were damaged and wouldn't shut properly, and the toilet had no dress hanger. Water was very salty and smelled strongly of chlorine. Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the TV didn't work. Central Afia Residency fell short of what I expected.

I’d give this zero stars. The room was awful, with cigarette smell throughout. It’s an old building that looks like it hasn’t been painted in years. The toilets were poorly maintained, and the bedsheets hadn’t even been changed.

We had a very bad experience. This doesn’t feel like the right place for families or friends, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Third-rate service. If you book through Agoda, they charge you more when you arrive.

Some rooms are okay, while others are terrible. They list geysers and TVs as available, but those weren't there. It's an average budget place. If you don't have important work to do, it could be an option.
