The place isn't clean at all, more like a washroom. Rooms aren't fit for people to live in. There was no front office or professional staff, and room service was extremely poor. The staff behaved very badly. If you need a room in Chennai and can't find one within your budget, still don't stay here.

Water in the bathroom stopped flowing several times, and they didn't clean our room during our stay. They gave us dirty rooms to begin with, and only cleaned them after a lot of arguing. The staff were rude and wouldn't cooperate with us about any of these problems. If you're staying in or near egmore, I'd ask you to sleep on the road rather than here. It was a terrible experience for us.

The receptionist behaved very, very badly when I asked about a room. Please don't book here. Even if you can't find a room anywhere else, avoid this place. A very pathetic experience.

The bed had blood stains, and they didn't provide soap, body wash or shampoo. There was no hygiene or service to speak of. The bed was broken, the WiFi didn't work, and the air conditioning was broken too, even though they charged us for AC. This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

I stayed one horrible night, and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Everything was dirty, including the sheets and pillowcases, and there were lots of mosquitoes. The front desk guy was rude and didn't know how to treat guests.
