OYO Flagship 468 T Nagar Panagal Park

It's extremely poor for the price. The rooms are dirty beyond cleaning, and the washroom is nowhere near up to standard. The hotel itself hasn't been developed nicely and has aged a lot without repairs.

My room was neat and clean, I stayed in room 313. The staff were helpful, though slow sometimes. When I checked in, someone else's underwear was hanging in the bathroom. I asked housekeeping to remove it, but nobody came, and it was still there at the end of my stay. If you're arriving by car, parking is NOT free, despite Oyo's portal saying it is. They won't tell you even if you ask, and you have to park on the road in front of the hotel. I'd try to avoid the place, but it might do if there are no other options.

The room was good and cleaner, but there was no hot water. The place didn't feel very clean, and I didn't feel safe until we reached the hotel. The staff were ok, but they don't allow visitors, which was a letdown since I came to Chennai to see my friends and they couldn't come to my room. Otherwise, it's an ok hotel for stays.

I paid for early check-in, but the room still wasn't clean. I had meetings lined up all day and didn't have time to argue and ask for a better room. The photos I've posted are of a makeshift temp room.
