The receptionist's rude, arrogant manner made my stay unpleasant from the moment I arrived. They also demanded extra money without clearly explaining why. When I questioned the charge, they were rude and wouldn't cooperate, which felt like a scam to me. Guests shouldn't be treated this way. I wouldn't recommend the hotel, and I'd advise others to be cautious.

The MGR Central is nearby, so getting around is easy, and there are some great restaurants close by. Jio users don't get a signal here, though Airtel does.

The one good thing is how close it is to MGR central railway station. Otherwise, I found the rooms tiny, unhygienic, old, and badly maintained, with poor service. The hotel is surrounded by garbage. We made the mistake of booking it based on the rating, so please don't trust that rating.
