I checked in on 5th jan -8th jan 2025, and the pricing process felt misleading and unprofessional. They first gave me one amount at check-in, then asked for more at checkout. They said online booking wasn’t working and made me book offline, then added charges without properly explaining them. It seemed to me that two managers were involved and were acting like cheaters, using dirty tricks on customers. There was no clear pricing. There are better, more honest options nearby, so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Be careful and get every charge confirmed in writing before you stay.

I booked through Booking.com because the listing described a 3-star property with AC rooms and parking. On arrival, there was no proper road access and no parking space as advertised. I told the staff I wouldn’t stay. They offered to “arrange” an AC room, but I’d already decided to leave, and never stayed at the property. Later Booking.com sent a feedback form. I filled in only the fields I could, since I hadn’t stayed there. After that, the hotel owner called and threatened to trap me in a false marijuana (ganja) case. It was a disturbing and unsafe experience. I strongly recommend that Booking.com review this listing. This behavior is unacceptable and dangerous for travelers.

I booked this place because it was closer to the consulate, but it wasn’t worth the risk. When we asked for basic things like handwash, a water bottle, and towels, the manager, Ahmed, threatened my husband. Poor management and very unsafe.

The rooms were decent, and staying here served my purpose since the consulate is nearby. Still, the bathroom lock was broken and the toilet accessories were very old. Replacing them would help.
